Refund policy

At Yantrakar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns

We accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return or replacement. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it for the same product, subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a full refund or help you choose an alternative.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. How to Return an Item

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at yantrakartech@gmail.com .  We may request photos of the damage to process the claim quickly.
